Outlook
At this time of year there is a risk of high concentrations of Cladosporium and Alternaria spores when conditions are warm and dry. Conversely, the risk of high concentrations of Didymella, Leptosphaeria, Tilletiopsis and Sporobolomyces spores will increase when conditions are warm and wet. The risk is likely to be highest near to where crops are harvested and wooded areas. Spore concentrations will be lower in exposed coastal areas. High fungal spore counts may affect sensitised individuals.
